We offer ground seminars in conflict management with a duration of two days. There are seminars for persons with leadership responsibilities and there are seminars for employees without such responsibilities.

Furthermore we offer follow–up seminars with a duration of two days for all those who participated in the initial courses. During this second seminar participant’s competences and practical skills in communication and in conflict resolution are deepened.
